How do I get test strip supplies?
Test strips are sent to you based on your usage. First, you need to connect the Accu-Chek Guide Me to the mySugr app. The meter then transfers the blood sugar data to the mySugr app and it calculates how many test strips you need and when you’ll need them.
Where can I get new lancets?
If you need lancets, please contact the Accu-Chek Customer Service Center (https://www.accu-chek.com/contact-accu-chek-customer-care).
If you are in US you, please contact the mySugr Support support@mysugr.com.
Please change your lancets regularly! They become dull when used multiple times and your fingers are important. 😊
Problems with the meter or batteries?
Due to the Bluetooth function, the Accu-Chek meters requires a lot of energy. The energy of the batteries should be sufficient for up to 500 blood sugar measurements. For someone who measures 4x a day, this would mean that the battery needs to be changed after approximately 4 months. If possible, on-brand Panasonic should be used.
If you have problems with your device or need a new one, contact the Accu-Chek Customer Service Center (https://www.accu-chek.com/contact-accu-chek-customer-care).
